AirFry Tray Kipfler Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
500gr Kipfler potatoes, halved.
Seasoning to taste (Salt, pepper, paprika, dried herbs)
Oil to coat
METHOD
Select air fry function on your Smeg Galileo oven.
Set the temperature to 220°C.
Toss the potato halves with oil and seasonings as desired.
Place the potatoes on tray, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Wipe the base of airfry tray with paper towel and place into preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chives.
