Asparagus Christmas Appetisers
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets butter puff pastry, cut into 9 squares
18 asparagus spears, cut in half
100g grated mozzarella
1 egg, beaten
Sea salt and cracked pepper
METHOD
Place asparagus on the butter puff pastry squares, at an angle.
Top asparagus with cheese.
Egg wash corners and fold over.
Add egg wash once folded and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.
