Asparagus Christmas Appetisers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sheets butter puff pastry, cut into 9 squares

  • 18 asparagus spears, cut in half

  • 100g grated mozzarella

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

METHOD

  1. Place asparagus on the butter puff pastry squares, at an angle.

  2. Top asparagus with cheese.

  3. Egg wash corners and fold over.

  4. Add egg wash once folded and sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.

COOKING > MOISTEN > FAN ASSIST 200°C
