Pineapple and mango smoothie

SETTINGS Medium speed 30 / High speed 20
EQUIPMENT NEEDS Personal Blender
INGREDIENTS 60 g Pineapple peeled, cored, diced
40 g Mango cheeks - frozen
0.5 g Black peppercorns freshly ground
160 ml Pineapple juice
10 ml Lemon juice
5 g Honey
0.25 g cayenne pepper (ground)
METHOD
1 Place all ingredients into the cup of the personal blender.
2 Insert into the base.
3 Follow speed level and timings, as detailed above.
4 Remove from the base.
5 Enjoy your drink
