Kiwi, grapefruit, avocado, lime, basil and mint smoothie

A sweet, tropical and freshly aromatic smoothie.  

PREP TIME 5 Minutes  

SETTINGS Medium speed 30 / High speed 20  

EQUIPMENT NEEDS Personal Blender  

INGREDIENTS 40 g Kiwi fruit peeled & diced

80 g Banana peeled & sliced

40 g Avocado freshly ground

160 ml grapefruit juice  

10 ml Lime juice  

5 g Honey  

1 g Basil leaves picked

1 g Mint leaves picked                            

METHOD  

1 Place all ingredients into the cup of the personal blender.  

2 Insert into the base.  

3 Follow speed level and timings, as detailed above.   

4 Remove from the base.  

5 Enjoy your drink
