Berry protein smoothie
Jordi Swibel’s favourite smoothie
Serves 2
500ml almond milk
1 cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoons white chia seeds
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
Place all ingredients in a Smeg blender, select the smoothie setting and blend until smooth.
