Co-owner of Bulletin Place, Tim Phillips is Australia's most-awarded bartender, winning global accolades including UK Bartender of the Year, Australian Bartender of the Year and Diageo's Global World Class Champion. Evan Stroeve is General Manager of Bulletin Place, he is an Australian Bartender of the Year runner up and the current national Bar Manager of the Year.
