Raised on the far north coast of NSW in Lismore, Byron and Bangalow, Monty grew-up influenced by his Russian Nona, her abundant feasts and traditional sweets. A lifelong interest in food, Monty has worked across establishments in Europe and the UK including La Trompette, Chiswick and The Grill Room at the Dorchester Hotel in London. In 2014, Icebergs Dining Room & Bar welcomed Koludrovic to the team who now works closely with restaurateur Maurice Terzini and wine director James Hird across Da’Orazio Pizza and Porchetta, The Dolphin Hotel, and the newly opened Bondi Beach Public Bar.
