With the love for simple, authentic and well-crafted food, Alex Herbert is a food consultant, chef and restaurateur. Before owning Bird Cow Fish, a produce focused restaurant in Surry Hills, she worked with many award-winning chefs, such as Christine Manfield, Maggie Beer and Martin Boetz. She was a NSW Delicious Produce Awards judge from 2011-2017.
